This is the worst nursing home in Tennessee. They do not care. Do not check on your loved ones. They charge you for everything separately, unlike other facilities. They will charge something to your room(depends, creams, ointments) yet, come in and take what they want because they are too lazy to go to supply room!! My Yokley is disconnected and doesn't care about this facility. I personally think he's just there for a paycheck!!!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
