My mom was transferred from DHR to this place. My mother was there for 18 days I didn't see any improvements, so I took her out and brought her home. Upon arrival I noticed she had a bed sore on her foot. They did'nt even help with the transtional from rehab to home they were suppose to give me papers of the physical therpay that was going to start my mom with therapy. They didn't I had to find a agency to get a therapist to continue with care at home. They didn't even do the home visit at her house to see if she needed any type of assistance in her home. I been struggling with the shower because it is not handicapp ready. This place was a horriable experience for me and my family.
