The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were friendly and made me feel at home.
