This facility is new to me but was recommended by several trusted individuals who had personal experience. I was impressed with the staff at all levels. They went out of their way to anticipate questions and concerns and, if they didn't know an answer, they were able to refer me to someone who did. It is not a new facility but it was clean, bright, and safe. The food was nutritious and, if a resident didn't care for a particular food, something else that they did, in fact, enjoy was offered. Medical care is available as well as dental care, vision care, hearing specialists and more are provided to the residents. Independence is encouraged to the extent that a resident is capable and assistance is provided, as needed. I'm very happy with my family member's care at Maple Lawn.
