Their staff is very friendly and professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I've been places before where they were argumentative and impatient. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I didn't experience any unnecessary frustration during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Their equipment was just average, but most of it still appeared safe. This facility could use some exercise equipment for residents who are mobile. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
