This facility is horrible. Some of the nursing staff were cordial but most rude and unattainable by phone. Critical phone calls and e mails were not returned by Director and social workers. As my relative was declining he was neglected. I found him in his room with no blanket and the TV on his bed while congealed food sat on his tray. He was having trouble using untensils and no one bothered to feed him. His clothes and phones were lost or stolen many times. He didn't bathe so he smelled most of the time which is a health hazard and inconsiderate to the rest of the residents. I have not heard from any of the staff since he passed away in a hospice residence.

DO NOT send a loved one to this facility!
