let me give my review of this god awful facility . let me start with the awful case of bed bugs they have had in several rooms both units have had them , then the sprinkler heads not working causing them to bust and flood 5 patients rooms , then the showers went 2 almost 3 months without hottt water meaning your family received bed baths until of course it was threatened by a patient that the state was going to be called and guess what .....the Executive director then decided to make those poor cnas make a list of who wanted bed baths or a actual shower the ones who requested a shower then had to be taken to the other side of the building to get one and one of the maintenance men made the comment the Executive Director said it wasnt in the budget to fix those showers this year 2017 of course it wasnt bc then he wouldnt receive his big bonus , next the staffing shortage in the past 2 years since this kid took over is absolute pathetic they force these girls to come into work sick yes sick with the flu and if they dont they get wrote up and suspended no doctors excuses accepted unless your in upper management then its ok for you to take the time off to heal even tho these cnas are the one who have face to face interaction not the management . you have the absolute worst facility i have ever been inside of someone please investigate this place , those poor elderly patients do not i repeat do not get the proper care that they deserve at the end of their lives . someone has to step up and get rid of that kid who makes good money and barely shows his face ....

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
