This facility always smells clean and fresh. You rarely see a time when the custodial staff are not working to keep the facility clean.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. On the day of release we agreed to stay one more night (my out of pocket expense) because they let the nurse leave without discharging my mother. The next day, they were to order my mother a bed for homecare and somehow the order slipped through the cracks. This caused my mother to stay another night in the facility. The manager said LifeCare would pick up the cost of her staying the additional two days. That was four months ago and I am still battling getting the billing corrected! The person in charge of billing, (Crystal) will not listen to my concerns. I asked her for the name of the Regional Manager and she refused to give me that information. When you say you're going to follow up, you should. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times, but they need to honor their word and follow through on their commitments. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
