Their primary concern is what's best for me. They give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I felt very safe in their care. I trust them most of the time. The doctors are not always thorough. Their shower rooms look/smell like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. The food is not nutritious 90% of the time. Not enough fresh food for health of patients. The management seems good except to save money they force the aides to work short-handed. Aides are worn out, overworked and underpaid and thus can't give thorough patient care. The CNA staff is the most important part of patient care as they are the real "hands on".
