The staff is rude and non-responsive. We chose to switch facilities for my parent due to bedsores and medication not being administered correctly. There was poop on the carpet and though we requested it be cleaned, it was never done correctly. The staff does not return phone calls nor bother to answer the phone. We had an abusive nurse and as far as I know, she was not disciplined even though the administation had numerous complaints from patients regarding this nurse. There was even mold on the chicken being served one evening. Our parent had a couple of special needs and they were ignored causing pnemonia and general discomfort. If we would have left the parent at this place I feel, they would be dead. Luckily, we were advised to move them and they are recovering nicely with a long term full recovery expected due to the excellent care provided at the new facility.

We also attempted to pull a family friend who was recovering from a fall but they had unchecked infection set in so excessively that the family is waiting for them to die. In my opinion, it is a horrible facility. Good luck if you send a family member there. We won't be-ever again.
