Imperial Gardens Health and Rehabilitation is a beautiful 11 acre 165 bed health and rehabilitation facility located 2 miles from Skyline Medical Center, 8 miles from Hendersonville Medical Center and 9 miles from Summit Medical Center. The staff at this facility has been recognized numerous times as outstanding. This facility has recently undergone major modification and renovations in an effort to provide better care to our residents and a higher quality of living.
Imperial Gardens Health and Rehabilitation provides complete medical and therapy care for post hospitalization in addition to skilled nursing and long-term care. They are known for their specialty care and treating every patient as a member of their own family.
