I recently had an apt for a job interview with Michele ? and went to interview was told by HR have a seat and Michele will be with me in moment. A half an hour went by with many associates walking out of meeting no one spoke to me vso I put my coat on and proceeded to walk out, pissed that I was still waiting. A woman had said to me are you waiting for someone and I said yes Michele and obviously they don't need the help like they advertised. I said my time and title isn't that important to this nursing facility.. I have been a CNA for 15yrs+ and work in Interlakes Health now but wanted something closer to home because I now live in Witherbee NY. It was my only day off to relax while the kiddos are in school so my time is just as important as anyone elses. I am an awesome CNA and I could have been a great employee for you as well if I had a chance.. I was treated so rude!!
