Some of their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. . The sign says turn left at the next street which is not correct - signage needs improvement. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would like more information about the locked part of the facility - I'd like to recieve information about The Living Skills Leadership Academy or some similar name - The director of this portion of Hillview has never been anything but rude with me.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. My mom was in Hillview for 3 years. I would highly recommend this facility.
