PT staff , SW, Dietitian great, But lower staff does not listen to client or follow thru. Seems lack of communication. Have pics from cell phone. Lower dietary staff rating a C. This is being generous.

One “crabby, disrespectful’ CNA per resident. But several good CNAs. Did not listen to good advice from Client or POA, but when they want something you jump!

Rate C-C+. SW and PT staff an A. Reception people, acct, an A. Nurses a B. One, only one med distributer was disrespectful. But did her job. C+ rating.

CNAs need to learn how to put paste on dentures correctly, Lower dentures fell out.
Previous,very good experience years ago! Total rating: C plus. Disappointed not higher, so much potential here, 2/2020. Could be B or A if they would only ask and listen to client and POA and follow thru. Sad!
