This facility was amazing while taking care of my mom in what became the last week of her life. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the nursing staff took excellent care of my mother.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
