Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful.
