The staffing is way under par for the amount of residents and the time frame given to do the work correctly and with care to the residents. Most of the staff look at them as either money to be made pr that they are on deaths door so care doesn't have to be perfect. It was all I could take to finish my CNA certification and work the required time after that so I could quit working for this company.
