I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
