Worst nursing home in Miami, FL.!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY! Administrative staff rude and unprofessional. Medical, nursing and maid staff rude, unprofessional. Terrible food. Terrible facility (outdated , no central a/c). Elevators are super slow or don't work in most cases. LACK OF HYGIENE, you can smell urine at the very entrance of the facility. My relative was neglected and die as a result. Please, DO NOT place your relative here!!!!!!!
