My mother had been to one of the top notch nursing facilities in the Steiner Ranch area and we had a horrible experience. I just knew she would have the best care, however, we left, and was referred to Gracy Woods. I was very hesitant because of the previous rating I had viewed, but the first day my aunt and I walked in, the nurse greeted us with such love and care. She immediately reassured us that my mother would be cared for. My mother was there for 7 weeks, and each time I came to visit, she had nothing but good to share about everyone. She loved the nurses and staff there. The nurses and techs were always very accommodating and treated my mother with nothing but love and respect. I do have to say the administration office staff could definitely get on the same page. I never heard from them except for when she first arrived and when it was time for her to leave, and even then, they had things turned around, but overall, I still recommend this place. They truly were good to my mom.

My Mother is a resident here and we had a short time to find a facility for her. Since she has been there she has fallen three times in two months which ended her with severe injuries on her face and there is never any follow up for communication with us. There is always going to be an investigation, re: soiled diaper, appearance of her wheelchair, etc. etc.
