Horrible!! My friend can't even get a bath and get his hair washed. I feel so bad for him....I have been there and it takes forever for those girls to come and see what he needs. They aren't busy, they are just sitting at the desk watching all the lights on the rooms. A very sad place. I WILL MOVE HIM SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I CAN.
