Their equipment is average.but appear to be safe. They usually take that extra step to make me feel special. I find his appointments here to be of value to me. It was convenient to get an appointment right away and they ensure that any appointments in conjunction to his rehabilitation are scheduled and confirmed. They have a very flexible schedule and was able to place him immediately before leaving rehabilitation therapy.. If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Their professionalism, dependability, timeliness and appearance is priority here and the location is convenient for his family and friends.

Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. Just as a side note, They are conveniently located only because I live in the area. . It was easy to find. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The staff is very rude, mostly unskilled and when my mother was there, another resident punched her several times in the back and they never reported the incident to me, she had to tell me herself hours later, when she finally got someone to dial the phone for her. She is blind. I called the police and file d a report for assault When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I removed my mom and she nor I will be returning there for any reason..
