This place is disgusting! It is falling apart, dirty, and in desperate need of an overhaul. The staff don't even know who the residents are! Let alone where to find them. They are unfriendly and very rude. They treat you like you are inconveniencing them when you go there to visit your loved one, PLEASE! IF you can help it do not let your loved one go there. I don't even want to rate this a one! It is that bad.
