My family member was a resident there. In the beginning they were properly staffed for the residents they had, now they have 1.5 CNA's to 15 residents. So when anything occurs it is the residents fault, due to their lack of staff. Needless to say my family member is no longer there. Found something much better and with staff to cover the needs of the residents.
