My elderly mother was there 6 nights, and the majority of her stay was a nightmare. One nurse showed some compassion but the rest of the caregivers could not be bothered and the administration were no where to be found. Personal possessions disappeared, she was there 5 days before she was bathed and that was after I requested, then she fell & received a large laceration on her head. I will never let another family member of mine go there & be treated so poorly.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
