Can I give this place less than 0 stars? Even basic services not provided by nursing dept. Consierge excellent, Rehab is a xcellent. CNA’s wonderful but no one can give excellent care to too many patients! Try as they did. My biggest complaint is water… HAD TO BEG FOR WATER and nurses desk not manned. Patient dehydrated in 3 days and hospitalized ONLY after family took them out to hospital. 24 hrs would have been too late. In my opinion, for nurses, just a place to get a paycheck- get hey cared more about their eyelashes and fingernails.
