Cedarwood has declined greatly the past couple of years. They used to have a caring staff but it seems the care for the patients is no longer the priority. The rooms are not as clean as they should be, maintenance on the rooms are ignored (doors off the closet just leaned up against the clothes for at least 2 years, electrical plugs behind bed loose and shooting sparks when trying to plug in. The place smells of urine and with what seems to be a short staff, the patients are not getting bathed regularly. I know there are problems everywhere and this is a stressful environment but patients should not be getting bed soars because the nursing staff is too busy to get them up. Many more things I could say but just be sure to visit the location thoroughly before leaving your loved one. I give extra half star for some of the nurses and staff that haven't turned into a zombie and still have a beating heart.
