My Sister has been a resident of Gietner home in St. Louis, MO. for over 3 years.

While it is not a up-scale facility, it is apparent that the staff, from the administrator down to the maintenance department are hard working and committed to the residents safety and well being.

Public areas such as Lobby, Library, Conference area and recreation area are usually impeccably clean.

The front desk employees are courteous, knowledgeable and bend over backwards to assist visitors and residents alike.

The residents Living quarters, Nurses stations and Corridors are like most such facilities. Constant monitoring and cleaning is going on around the clock.

Dining area and kitchen facility's are in need of some up-dating and remodeling. However, food seems adequate but like most other facility's, certainly not Gourmet!

Overall medical staff employees are very professional and personally knowledgeable of each resident s needs.
