Some staff members definetly had attitude.
They all did not seem to communicate well, some appeared to be less informed as others when it came to their patients.( this I felt was crucial to the patient)
Admin did not reach out seemed to keep a distance to patients and their families.
Obtaining information on incidents with loved ones was difficult.
Housekeeping did a great job as did dietary.
