Recent Reviews
Capitol Care was recommended by St. Lukes in Boise. It was horrible. We we walked in and someone had had an accident and the place reeked. There were people slumped over in their wheelchairs in the central area looking half dead. They are understaffed and underskilled. It took almost a week to get my dad transferred to the Elks Re-Hab which was fabulous.
