They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
