Shabby, smelly and sad! - like a prison for the disabled and elderly!
Nursing staff who are not approachable and lacking empathy and lack of follow through on patient and family concerns. All patients get same food - regardless of dietary restrictions. Staff not attentive to ringing alarms and call bells. Rundown and broken equipment and furniture. Place needs rehabilitation more than the residents! Should be shutdown and exposed for poor care and service! Visited a friend there and it felt like a prison! No sing in sheets for visitors yet residents and visitors had to use a passcode. So much for security.
