I have my Mom and Dad in this facility and I am very disappointed every time we visit we have to always call the nurse to assist my Dad since his bed written and not able to do on his own. His been several time close to falling of the bed his teeth are always dirty we have to let them know to move him in the right position. My Mom the staff don't take time to walk her so she can get better from her tremors. Her clothe disappears mainly her pants and girdle panties. Staff never seems to know nothing when asked a question. Very unprofessional. Looking for a better place for them. I rate them poorly should not be in business. I have taken pictures we have complained and nothing has been done. Does not deserve a star at all.

I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home is. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The level of care is poor. They serve hard pork chops to seniors with no teeth. I brought food from home that my mom could chew. No thought went into preparing a menu suitable for seniors. Most of my 93 year old mom's clothing was stolen from her closet. Thieves only left a small bag of dirty clothes. Their staff said they do not recall seeing the 9 articles of her favorite clothing hanging in her closet. They are not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
