I went with a good friend of mine to visit the facility. I sat in the waiting area while the family talked with the Financial Assistance lady. I couldn't believe my eyes with what I saw her doing. She ate her lunch the whole time she talked with the family. She would take a bite of food and them talk. I thought this was very RUDE. If she did that makes you wonder what kind of services are provided by the others that work there and take care of your love ones. Are they getting the undivided attention that they need. I also noticed the care of some of the nurses, which they do what they need with patients but they can get a attitude.
I work with the public and this is not the service that I would provide.

don't go here! My loved one's health went downhill quickly within 4 horrendous months. The facility my loved one is in now is great. Thank God he's still alive after all the severe pressure sores with infections, skin tears, and extremely poor physician care. The administrators are even worse than the physicians. Maybe they could hire a few more nurses and get rid of some administrators.
