Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. They YELLED at my dad for asking for a glass of water. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always made me fee as though I was wasting their time. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I did not feel safe at all in their care - my dad was scared and he never admitted being scared before. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They have two cats that live there, I have no idea how that is legal. Do NOT send your loved ones here.
