There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The staff seemed to be afraid to express there thoughts of improvement, because of fear of getting fired by Jean, the administrator.

Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility.
