nursing and rehab staff are adequate to good, and the facility itself is ok.
but the problem with the facility is that I wouldn't trust their financial department, compared to a corrupt politician, a wall st banker, or a used car salesman. they do everything to screw up the patient's spouse and/or family's life in that regard. they also do not give the patient's spouse/family a correctly itemized bill as they should, with anywhere near proper accounting. before entering there i would recommend that you have the powers of attorney, social security/pensions, insurances, and all the legal matters transferred to either the spouse or one of the sons/daughters and make it irrevocable.
if it wasn't for their financial staff one level above the facility's billing staff person (since this is part of a conglomerate of nursing homes in PA, Connecticut, and other places), it would get higher ratings.
