I don't know why you keep firing nurses there but that is wrong . you have everyone that works there on needles and pins . the HR there is terrible. You should coach more instead of firing nurses .I wont recommend anyone to work there. No wonder they gain weight. Stress is very high at that facility. Coach your nurses and make them feel like they are doing good work . Shame on you. When I get old I certainly will not be going there because you treat your workers like they are disposable. Who ever you are that is doing the firing, you should go to church and repent, and learn what an HR job entails
