Head to Fargo Moorhead where the facilities are much nicer and the staff much more competent. Worked at the facility and its not a place you would take a pet to much less a loved one. Clayco is a terrible run facility and ElderCare of MN is a horrible parent company that is run by a CEO that doesn't cThey seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
