Worst billing department I have ever dealt with. Constantly demanding more money than the explanation of benefits allowed. After paying the patients responsibility they just keep calling and demanding more money. They were a contract provider for my insurance company and are not allowed to charge more than the ELB. Finally had to file a complaint with Arkansas consumer affairs. My next surgery will be at a different hospital.
