They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I wish they had been a little more professional. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Overall, a very horrible hospital. I wouldn't send my dying dog to this place! Very bad reputation in the community. Seems like everything is overpriced when compared to other hospitals.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. When my daughter who is a college student in Keyser went there because she was real sick they didn't tell her what her ailment was and just sent her on her way.For a whole week she was sick and running high fevers.She finally went to an urgent care facilitie and after testing , she was told that she had a nasal and ear infection and that her lympnodes were exstreamly swollen.
