They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member.
