My husband had surgery there a few weeks ago. The scheduling was effective and done in a timely manner. My complaint is serious as I feel the patients should be the hospitals primary concern. There was a pre-schooler there with the family. As with most children that age he did not use an inside voice. What happened to the rules that we were all taught to follow. Like you must be ten to visit a patient. He did not belong where patients in pre-op and post-op could hear his you demands of "I don't want to watch this. I want something to eat NOW. And many more complaints. When I asked the person at the desk if she could do anything to fix this she said O No! We don't want to upset the family, they might not have anyone to watch them and we don't want to upset the family. I again said No Rule? She was not happy with me. We have all been a patient in that situation before and your anxiety level is high enough. We will do anything to avoid your facility again. We all have rules in our life that we are expected to follow.
