I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely
overpriced and I felt ripped off. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current.
