They try to keep the restrooms stocked, but sometimes they run out of stuff. I have had to ask them a few times to re-stock. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice
