Many of my patients had never been in therapy and were initially very hesitant. However, after just one visit they often report feeling at ease and very comfortable.
After completing therapy they often report life-altering changes, progress and great satisfaction.

I stay abreast of the latest advances in psychological treatments and provide honest, respectful, non-judgmental feedback; I offer practical guidance and attainable therapeutic goals and solutions.

I am located in Cary, IL, near Crystal Lake and Algonquin and am affiliated with ALL local insurance plans. I have been in practice since 1976 and use the latest state-of-the-art therapy techniques.

I offer day and evening appointments, next day appointments and have a no waiting policy for scheduled appointments. You should never have to wait more than 10 minutes for your appointment.
