The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I left feeling extremely satisfied. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience at this clinic and appreciated the high level of service. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They are extremely knowledgeable in all the elements of Chinese herbal medicine. They even incorporated them into my treatment and it really helped alleviate my symptoms. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their clients' safety is their top priority, and they make sure they always use sterilized, pre-packaged needles. I've been to some other places that didn't use pre-packaged needles, and I will never go back. I appreciate them making my safety their primary concern. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
