This dr should have licence revoked he has destroyed my life by writing nothing but lies in my records and sends a letter to my primary care whom I've had for over 20 years that were nothing but lies and then I had to fire my primary after things he said to me because of this letter he also sent a letter to a dr about me that was NOT my dr. Halifax got mad at me because I refused to have a procedure done in his office and I later found out that procedure would have not done me any good because my problem was not my back like I tried to explain to him since ceramic the beginning. I have fibromyalgia!!! So NO..a radio frequency would not have been useful chances are would have made me worse. I'm so sick and Fed up with the healthcare system and because of him and his lies of notes has made it almost impossible for me to get the help I need.Take away his licence!!!!
