Laura Hughes is a wonderful and inspiring yoga instructor. She is very intuitive to my needs and compassionate towards my thoughts and interests. She listens, and makes you feel safe and cared for without over stepping.

Her practice is safe and good for my level of experience, beginner. She never implies, through words or actions that students do more than they feel able to. Though I do feel challenged. I do feel like I get a good workout.

I have been practicing with Laura for almost a year, and can notice the improvement in my flexibility, and balance. Personally it is the only exercise I've been able to stick with. There's a big difference from taking yoga at a fitness club. With the meditative element of her class, I come away with a sense of peace as well.
