Dr. Forman is definitely a major asset in my box of resources. He's down to earth, takes time to talk through all your concerns. I have nothing but good things to say of this physician and would not hesitate to recommend him to my family.

RUN from this "pretend" doctor. This guy has no idea what he is doing. He misdiagnosed me several times with serious life-changing illnesses. Once I figured out most of my issues were diet related and I shared this with him, he turned in to a monster. He will continue to rape your insurance if you let him. His office is horrible at answering or returning calls. Once I figured out my own issues and was furious with him, he sent me a referral to a psychologist. He also sent me a letter(once he found out I had to file a $100,000 medical b.k.) 8 months after I had not been in to see him, saying that I was no longer welcome at his practice. Find a doctor that will listen to you and not watch the clock on each appointment saying "your time is up and I have other patients to see".....No bedside manner and no heart...just after the insurance money...BEWARE!!!
